Andy is an Executive Coach, Leadership Coach and Team Coach, who loves to help people discover the best in themselves & free them up to lead in an authentic way.

Andy is a warm, curious and non-judgmental listener who is able to make connections between information shared by his clients and offer these back to them in ways which allow them to better understand themselves. He coaches clients to consider growth opportunities both inside and outside of work, offering challenging feedback constructively where appropriate to support his clients in their development. 

He has had a broad career to date, starting as a Pharmacist with Boots before completing an MBA and moving into more senior leadership roles. He has held a number of International Director roles as a member of the Executive team at Boots International, engaging with partners and across the USA, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Most recently Andy has been successful in leadership and transformational roles in the home furniture manufacturing and vehicle hire sectors, in addition to developing several coaching programmes.

These experiences have given him a deep understanding of diverse international cultures as well as different business sectors, and seen him build strong relationships founded on trust and respect. His career journey to date has also provided him with a broad awareness of business challenges both operationally and strategically, cementing him a great foundation to facilitate workshops or other dialogue.

He understands the value of developing high performing teams and has a track record of doing this successfully as a leader which provides him with a solid foundation to draw upon in coaching teams as a whole or during his one to one sessions.  

He completed his PG cert in Business and Personal Coaching at the University of Chester and is now available as an associate coach through Be Free To Lead.
